Refund policy

Return Policy

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you get your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If there are multiple shipments in your order, then you have 14 days from the date of the last shipment confirmation email.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can print your email receipt. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • All eligible return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except the defect item. We are not liable for missing parcels or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy. The item will be sent back to you at your expense. Refused parcels will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.

All sale items are final sale. All international orders are final sale

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (except shipping charge, we deduct shipping cost) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at John@ipitemi.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ivy@ipitemi.com and send your item to: Ipitemi, 18430 San Jose Ave. Unit B , City of Industry, CA, 91748, USA

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges (Size Issue)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
