You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*US orders are shipped via USPS and you should receive your package within 5-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for priority shipping.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivered packages that are reported as lost or stolen are not our responsibility. Refunds are not issued on lost packages.

International Shipping

All orders will take 1~2 weeks to fulfill. All international orders are final sale.

International Shipments are sent via DHL, ups, and USPS that you choose, shipping charge will be determined at checkout and it is depend on destination. Customs charge, import duties, or taxes may be levied by your local government. Customers are responsible for all customs charge and import duties.

 

Duties

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

All additional customs charge and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of your order value.
